Our Christmas Tree Is Up! It's 9 feet tall and has 6,000 lights on it! Woah!
Please everyone adore our Christmas tree considering with a one year sometime and four cats, the bottom third of the tree probably won't stay decorated for long!
To exist honest, we had our tree up and busy BEFORE Thanksgiving, merely I didn't desire you guys to recall I was crazy so I waited 2 days later Thanksgiving to mail service it. Hah.
In previous years we've had real live trees that we plant on the land after Christmas time. Simply the land has been on a bit of a hiatus, as nosotros haven't been able to go Upstate very oft with work and a toddler.
To make things easier on us during the holiday season we decided we were going with a artificial tree this year. You lot guys, IT'S Cute! Ps. I got it from Grandin Road.
I know some people are anti artificial tree, merely I don't think y'all can not like this tree. It's gorgeous! And can we talk about how bright it is? It's pre-lit (so easy!) and has over half dozen,000 lights on it! I'thousand pretty certain it's and then bright you lot tin see it from infinite!

In February we took Enceladus to the Museum of Natural History (NYC) for the first fourth dimension! It also happened to be our Anniversary, so information technology felt similar we needed a ornamentation to gloat this special day! I mean when you lot see dinosaurs for the starting time time, you demand to remember that day! I found this at the Museum's giftshop.
In May, I got to celebrate my first Mother'due south Solar day as a human mom (I've been celebrating as a cat Mom for a while!). Enceladus surprised me with a little manus impress! This needed to proceed our tree!
In Baronial we went on a magical family unit vacation to the Pacific Northwest. For almost a week nosotros visited Olympic National Park and everything it has to offer. It was ane of the virtually beautiful trips I've e'er been on! It set the bar loftier for future family vacations!
